Question 1

What navigation technology do SCP autonomous forklifts use?

Accepted Answer

SCP smart forklifts use Laser SLAM navigation with hybrid navigation options, reaching ±5 mm docking precision. No floor reflectors, magnetic tape or QR codes are required, and a single map can cover up to 400,000 m².

Question 2

Can SCP robots integrate with our existing WMS, MES or ERP?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SCP provides an open API ecosystem that connects with mainstream MES, WMS and ERP systems. The SCC controller and Server X Store fleet software coordinate tasks between your business system and the robot fleet.

Question 3

How long does it take to deploy an autonomous forklift project?

Accepted Answer

For sites compatible with existing equipment, SCP supports 1-day rapid deployment with zero retrofit costs. Larger multi-vehicle projects are scheduled after a site survey and workflow simulation.
